Tender for the Design, Development and Maintenance of a
Corporate Website for National Flour Mills Limited
National Flour Mills Limited (NFM) invites suitably qualified firms to tender for the Design, Development and
Maintenance of a Corporate Website for National Flour Mills Limited.
Tender documents can be obtained between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily during the period
September 25th 2014 to September 30th 2014 from:

Tenderers will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of TT $300.00. This fee is to be paid to the Cashier
at NFM's Wrightson Road facility. Original receipts must be presented to the Secretary of the Tenders
Committee to obtain the Tender Documentation. Any queries regarding this tender shall be submitted in writing
to the Secretary, Tenders Committee at the address below or at email address email@example.com .
An original and five (5) copies of all documents requested in the Instructions to Tenderers in the Tender
Documents must be submitted together with the original receipt confirming the tenderer's purchase of the
tender package. Tenders should be accompanied by the following:
(i) Valid Income Tax and Value Added Tax Clearance Certificates issued by the Board of Inland
Revenue and dated not more than six (6) months prior to the closing date of the tender.
(ii) Certificate of Incorporation/Certificate of Continuance.
(iii) Valid National Insurance Board Certificate
Sealed Tenders must bear no mark or seal of the tenderer, be able to fit the tender box slot of 40 cm x 8 cm,
must be clearly marked:
"Tender for Design, Development and Maintenance of a
Corporate Website for National Flour Mills Limited"
and addressed to:
National Flour Mills Limited

Sealed tenders should be deposited no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 28th 2014 in the Tender Box
provided at the Security Booth; Main Entrance, Wrightson Road, Port of Spain. Tenders will be opened on
October 28th 2014 at 2:30 p.m. at National Flour Mills Limited, Wrightson Road, Port of Spain. Tenderers
are allowed to have one (1) representative at the opening.
Late Tenders will not be accepted in any circumstances. The Company does not bind itself to accept the
lowest or any other tender. The Company reserves the right to cancel the present notice in its entirety or
partially without defraying any cost incurred by any firm in submitting the Tender.

against you by a Claim Form and Statement of Case filed 14th April 2014

Prince says his on-field dispute with an
opponent during a county championship
match in England is being investigated by
authorities because of "racial connota-

England and Wales Cricket Board made a
formal complaint about Gale s conduct.
"The ECB feels that it s got racial conno-

ever they want to do," said Prince, speaking
to South African internet radio station Ballz

said Gale swore at Prince while referring to
him as a "Kolpak." That phrase makes ref-
erence to a Maros Kolpak, a Slovakian hand-
ball player who set in motion a legal prece-
dent that now allows some foreign-born
cricketers to play in England under the laws
of the European Union.
"The way the guy approached me and the
way the guy spoke to me, that s what I took
offense to," Prince said. "To be quite honest,
I didn t stand there and go, Oh, that might
be a racial slur.
"Basically what happened (is) the guy
walked toward me and had a go at me and
I defended myself."
Prince stressed in the interview that he
didn t report Gale to the ECB.
"The umpires felt that whatever he said
was out of order and they ve reported him,"

Sybrand Engelbrecht will replace JP Duminy in
the Cobras squad for the Champions League T20.
It is understood that Engelbrecht s inclusion has
been approved by the CLT20 technical committee
comprising BCCI secretary Sanjay Patel, Sundar
Raman, chief operating officer of the IPL, and MV
Sridhar, BCCI general manager, cricket operations.
Engelbrecht, a 26-year old batsman who bowls
offspin, made 56 for Cobras in the final of the Ram
Slam T20 Challenge, South Africa s domestic T20
tournament, in February this year. He is on his way
to India and will miss Cobras opening game against
Northern Districts later this evening in Raipur.
Duminy had picked up a knee injury during the
one-day tri-series in Zimbabwe. He was withdrawn
from the Cobras squad and did not travel to India.
Like Dale Steyn, Duminy was also pulled out from
the CLT20 by the CSA medical team rather than his
