Housekeeper to join a dynamic team in a leading
As the Executive Housekeeper you will be responsible for
over-seeing the overall success of all the functions in the
housekeeping area including:
o Planning and coordinating activities of the housekeeping crew
o Ensuring that all staff are properly trained
o Ensuring that all staff have the tools and equipment needed
to effectively carry out their respective job duties.
o Developing and implementing policies and procedures for
managing the quality of housekeeping and the laundry service
o Assisting in the preparation of the annual operating budget
and financial plans which support the overall objective of the
o Controlling expenses within all areas of housekeeping
o Inspecting rooms and laundry room facilities to ensure that
high standards are met and all equipment is in proper
o Planning and preparing meals in accordance with proper
nutrition and dietary requirements
o Overseeing the performance of housekeeping staff
o Ordering of supplies and maintenance of inventories
The ideal candidate should posses strong communication
skills and organizational skills and be able to inspire supe-
rior service from Assistants. They must have a proven
motivational track record to provide the highest quality
service, be extremely detail oriented and self-disciplined
with a drive to accomplish tasks correctly in a structured
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years
housekeeping experience. Knowledge of entertaining pro-
tocol skills is beneficial.
