CENTRAL TENDERS BOARD
TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) COMPACTOR TRUCKS
FOR THE ARIMA BOROUGH CORPORATION,
MINISTRY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Tenders are invited for the Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Compactor Trucks for the Arima Borough Corporation, Ministry
of Local Government.
Tender documents can be collected during normal working hours at the Central Tenders Board's Office, 116 Frederick
Street, Port of Spain, telephone number 1-868-625-4330.
Any further technical information can be obtained during normal working hours from Mr. Neville Ramdhanie, Town
Superintendent, Arima Borough Corporation at telephone number 1-868-667-3508 ext. 226.
Tenders must be accompanied by valid:
(a) Income Tax and Value Added Tax Clearance Certificates issued by the Board of Inland Revenue and dated
not more than six (6) months prior to the closing date of the tender.
(b) Certificate of Compliance issued in accordance with the National Insurance Act.
Tenders on the approved tender form (IN TRIPLICATE) should be placed in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside:
"TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) COMPACTOR TRUCKS
FOR THE ARIMA BOROUGH CORPORATION,
MINISTRY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT"
Envelopes must be addressed to the Chairman, Central Tenders Board, 116 Frederick Street, Port of Spain and must be
deposited in the BROWN Tenders Box located in the lobby of the Board's Office not later than 1:00 p.m. on Thursday
February 26, 2015.
Tenders will be opened publicly at the Board's Office shortly thereafter. The tenderer or an authorized representative may
be present at the opening.
Tenderers should note that the dimensions of the SLOT in the Tenders Box are 37.5 cm x 5.5 cm and as such, tenders
should be packaged accordingly.
Late tenders will not be considered in any circumstances.
The Board does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other tender.
The Central Tenders Board reserves the right to cancel the present notice in its entirety or partially, without defraying any
cost incurred by any firm in submitting their tender.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that unless good
cause to the contrary is shown within fourteen days
from the publication of this notice the Registrar
General of Trinidad and Tobago will issue a new
Certificate of Title in respect of that piece of land
situate in the Ward of Siparia in the Island of
Trinidad comprising FOUR ACRES THREE ROODS
AND THIRTY- NINE PERCHES be the same more or
less delineated and coloured pink in the plan reg-
istered in Volume 655 Folio 31 being portion of the
lands described in the Crown Grant in Volume 175
Folio 345 and bounded on the North by the
remaining portion of the said lands on the South by
a Road Reserved 50 links wide on the East by
Crown Land and on the West by a Road Reserved
50 links wide and by the remaining portion of the
said lands and now described in Certificate of Title

A Cunupia housewife who thought
the constant death threats by her hus- band were about to become a reality on
Tuesday night waited for him to fall asleep before calling the police.

to the house and found a revolver loaded with
six rounds of ammunition in the drawer.
The man was arrested and is expected to be
indicted on possession of arms and ammunition
and a possible charge under the Domestic Violence

woman, saying no one could predict what her
