Toco resident Cuthbert Frection
appeared before a Sangre Grande
magistrate on Monday charged with
killing his neighbour Justin Bap-
According to police, around 3.30
pm on March 16, the two men were
arguing at the corner of Pepper Hill
and Paria Main Road, Toco, when
Frection, 48, allegedly pulled a knife
and stabbed Baptiste, 24, in the neck.
Baptiste, who lived at Paria Main
Road, Toco, was taken to the Toco
Health Facility where he died while
undergoing treatment. Frection was
arrested a short time later.
The case has since been adjourned
to April 20.
