1/4 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp red food coloring
2/3 cup plain yogurt

JAMMY MINI CAKE
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated
3/4 cup thin yogurt
31/2 cups all-purpose
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla

In a medium sized mixing bowl, cream
