REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Our Client proposes to undertake the development of an approved local site to provide middle
income multifamily residential complexes. In this regard, our Client now invites suitably
qualified contractors to provide Design-Build Services.
Interested parties are invited to submit expressions of interest (EOIs) to us for onward
transmission to our Client on or before April 30, 2015 at 2:00 pm (EST). EOIs must demonstrate
local experience in the provision of design, construction and commissioning in multistory
buildings for residential projects exceeding $100MN.
EOIs must include, at a minimum the following details for the Company/Firm and for each
project relied on to demonstrate experience of a similar nature:
• Company/Firm Brochure
General Background and experience of the Company/Firm
Profiles of Key Personnel
References from past clients
List any litigation or arbitration the Firm/Company has been involved in over the last five
Project Name and Location
Construction Value (TTD$)
Client/Sponsor's contact details
Role and duties performed by the Company/Firm on each identified project
Achievement of performance criteria related to delivery of project within cost, quality and time
All EOIs must be submitted at the address listed below no later than 2:00 pm (EST) on April 30,
EOIs received after the required submission time will not be eligible for consideration. One (1)
original and three (3) copies of submissions must be deposited in the tender box appropriately
labeled at Pembroke Court, 17-19 Pembroke Street, Port of Spain. All envelopes must be
