SOLOMON HOCHOY, HIGHWAY
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that by order of S R PROJECTS LIMITED and in exercise
of the Statutory Power of Sale conferred upon mortgagees by the Conveyancing and Law
of Property Ordinance Chapter 27 No.12 and contained or implied in a certain Deed dated
the 19thday of October 2004 and registered on the 3rdday of November 2004 as Deed No.
DE200403159185D001 and make between HINDU CREDIT UNTION CO-OPERATIVE
SOCIETY LIMITED of the One Part and S R PROJECTS LIMITED of the Other Part, there
will be put up for sale by Public Auction by the undersigned at his auction-mart at L.P. No.
161 Eastern Main Road, Petit Bourg, San Juan on Thursday the 23rdday of April 2015
between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., the freehold adjoining properties described
in the Schedules hereunder:
THE FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain piece or parcel of land situate at Freeport in the Ward of
Montserrat in the Island of Trinidad comprising TEN ACRESbe the same more or less delin-
eated and coloured pink and shown as Parcel 2 on the plan annexed to the Deed registered
as No. 1711 of 1968 and bounded on the North by lands of Abeluck but now or formerly of
Pragg on the South partly by lands of Dhanoo and partly upon Parcel 5 of the said lands
on the East upon Parcel 3 of the said lands and on the West partly upon Calcutta Road No.
2 (Calcutta Settlement Road No. 2) and partly upon lands now or formerly of George Abott
or howsoever otherwise the same may be known butted, bounded or described and which
said parcel of land is also described in the Schedule to Deeds registered as No. 5417 of
1978 and No. 20899 of 1983 and more particularly described in the Schedule in Deed No.
1455 of 1988, together with dwelling house thereon.
THE SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL AND SINGULAR those three pieces or parcels of land situate in the Ward of Montserrat
in the Island of Trinidad (being portions of the larger parcel of land comprising 27 Acres and
20 Perches described in the First Part of the Third Schedule to the Deed registered as No.
1711 of 1968). The First Thereof comprising ZERO POINT NINE ZERO HECTARES be
the same more or less and bounded on the North by lands now or formerly of G.
Teelucksingh on the South partly by the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway and partly by portion
of the said lands known as Lot 2 next hereinafter described on the East by the Sir Solomon
Hochoy Highway and on the West by lands of Robert Amar, The Second Thereof com-
prising FOUR POINT ZERO TWO SEVEN HECTARES be the same more or less and
bounded on the North partly by lands of Robert Amar and partly by portion of the said lands
known as Lot 1 firstly herein described on the South partly by portion of the said lands
known as Lot 3 next hereinafter described partly by lands now or formerly of H.
Teelucksingh and partly by Parcel 10 on the East by the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway and
on the West partly by a Wire Fence occupied by M. Khan and partly by lands formerly of D.
Dhanoo now Mohammed Khan, and The Third Thereof comprising ZERO POINT FIVE
FOUR ZERO NINE HECTARES be the same more or less and bounded on the North by
portion of the said lands known as Lot 2 secondly herein described on the South by Calcutta
Settlement Road No. 1 (Calcutta Road No. 1) on the East by the Sir Solomon Hochoy
Highway and on the West by lands now or formerly of H. Teelucksingh which said three
pieces or parcels of land are more particularly described in Deed registered as No.
Terms of Sale:
The property will be sold subject:
1) to a reserve price to be disclosed at time of sale.
2) to the payment of all outstanding rates, taxes or other outgoings due at the time of sale.
3) to all existing tenancies or occupancies (if any) and subject also to all other estate or
4) to a payment of a deposit of 10 percent of the final purchase price payable by way of
a Banker's Draft to the auctioneer
5) Completion on or before 90 days. Time of the essence
