one who is two months old. Members of the public
gallery erupted in laughter when Rambachan asked
him how that was possible and he replied, "I have
two (children) outside, sir." Leroy said he was hired
by the people who came to the meeting in three maxis.
"The three maxis load of people by the beers and
them paid me $500 to share out the beers for free,"
he said. "That $500 is the money I had on me when
the police lock me up." Rambachan fined him $1,500,
which he was ordered to pay forthwith or face three
months hard labour. Rambachan granted Marvin and
Kelvin their own bail in the sum of $5,000 and ordered
them to return to court on September 21.
