THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
o Ensures sand control operations are performed according to company policies and to
meet client objectives.
o Develops requirements for lower completions and sandface installations.
o Monitors installations and operations and documents lessons learned.
o Enhances service quality and delivery by developing strong client relationships.
o Functions as onsite liaison with clients for assigned operations; assists in troubleshooting
problems with installations.
o Leads and motivates a crew on location.
o Mentors Junior Field Specialists and Junior Field Engineers at the wellsite and in
o Submits accurate and timely paper work and job reports.
o Technical College Associate Degree or Diploma
o 5+ years of relevant industry experience
o Standalone competency mandatory for gravel-pack packers, crossover tools, gravel-pack
screens with alternate path and other lower completion hard ware and sub-assemblies
with respect to installation, trouble shooting and basic maintenance in vertical , extended
reach and deviated well both for open and cased
o Hole completions in land and deep water environment including floater facilities.
o Fluency in English language with good verbal and written communication skills.

San Fernando office. Functioning as a job supervisor, the Sand Control Tool Specialist is responsible for the installation
of the lower well completion, including the sand control assembly and screens, and leads and participates in the job
This position reports to the Field Service Manager or Senior Engineer.

ment and conditions. They work effectively in teams and have strong commitments to safety, quality, and efficiency.
