struck twice for the visitors.
Leo Baptistao s brilliant 54th-
minute goal was enough for Span-
ish league leader Villarreal to defeat
Viktoria Plzen 1-0 at home for its
first win. Rapid Vienna leads
Group E after its 1-0 win at
Athletic Bilbao lost 2-1 at AZ
Alkmaar and Partizan Belgrade
won 3-1 at Augsburg in Group L.
Giuseppe Rossi rounded off the
scoring as Fiorentina won 4-0 at
Belenenses to move second in
Group I, where FC Basel stayed
top with a 2-0 home win over
Another Italian side, Lazio, won
3-2 at home against Saint-Etienne,
which ended the game with nine
players. Lazio moved top of Group
G with its first win, ahead of
Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk on goal
difference. The Ukrainian side lost
1-0 at Rosenborg.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO THE TRINIDAD AND
TOBAGO SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
FOR DE-REGISTRATION AS A REPORTING ISSUER
An application has been made by Assuria Life (T&T) Limited ("Assuria") to
the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission ("TTSEC")
for the de-registration of Assuria as a reporting issuer with the TTSEC.
Assuria is registered as a reporting issuer under the Securities Industries Act.
Chap. 83:02 and as at the date hereof 170,430,713 ordinary shares of Assuria
are registered with the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange
Assuria's registration as a reporting issuer was made pursuant to the intention
of Assuria to trade its shares on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange.
The equity securities of Assuria were never listed on the Trinidad and Tobago
Stock Exchange and therefore its shares were never publicly traded.
Assuria has not issued any debt securities.
In light of the above an application is being made pursuant to Section 71(1)
of the Securities Act No. 7 of 2012 for an order of the TTSEC declaring that
Assuria is no longer a reporting issuer under the Securities Act.
Persons interested in the de-registration of Assuria has two weeks from the
date of the last of these advertisements which is the [ 02 ] day of [ Oct. ], 2015
in which to provide feedback or express any reservations they may have with
the said application to a member of Staff of the TTSEC. Any person who has
