The PSA is very concerned with the treatment meted out to the
TRHA doctors in Tobago. The TRHA signed an agreement with
the PSA to pay increased salaries to the doctors from October,
2015. This did not happen. The paysheet has already closed for
November and these doctors continue to receive 2008 salaries
one month from the year 2016.
The response from the CEO of the TRHA, Mr. Brent Murphy, has
been 'we are working on it'. The Ministry of Health has said the
THA was advised since late September to submit the proposal to
the Inter-Ministerial committee for approval. This was not done.
Meanwhile it is being said that the PSA cannot sign an agree-
ment with the TRHA because the PSA has not received recogni-
tion status to represent the doctors. But the PSA has been rep-
resenting Tobago doctors for over 14 years and has signed no
less than three agreements with the TRHA in the past.
What is really happening in Tobago? Is it that the CEO, the
Secretary for Health, the Chief Secretary and the
Administrators do not know how to effect a salary increase to
enable the doctors to be paid?
We call on the Secretary for Health and the Chief Secretary to deal
with this situation urgently so that the doctors can be assured that
they are vital members of the healthcare team in Tobago.

Antoine Griezmann scored his third goal in his last

The victory was costly, however, as Atletico lost

the first half.
"Griezmann continues to grow. He is a young man
who listens and executes," said Atletico coach Diego

take Tiago s place while he recovers.

Luis Enrique s team has won nine of its last ten

it played with reserve players. When asked if his
team provoked fear among its opponents, Luis Enrique

Coached by former Barcelona player and assistant
manager Eusebio Sacristan, Sociedad tried to disrupt
Barcelona s possession by pressuring far up the pitch.
But that only left Neymar, Suarez and Messi with
more room to romp.
Andres Iniesta headed Suarez s pass off the post
early on. Barcelona kept arriving with ease on both
flanks and Dani Alves was played through by Messi
to square the ball for Neymar, who beat his marker

"We expected them to pressure us," Neymar said.

Dani Alves was again the assist-giver for Suarez

he drove in the cross with an acrobatic kick.
Barcelona s third came from an incursion by left
back Jeremy Mathieu, who ran onto Iniesta s pass
and crossed for the unmarked Neymar to tap in.
Messi s goal was just as easy when Neymar spotted
him in injury time.
