Well-known psychic Winston
Ragoo is predicting a Cabinet
reshuffle for the People s National
Movement (PNM) Government
Among those who are likely to
be shifted are Tourism Minister
Shamfa Cudjoe, Energy Minister
Nicole Olivierre, Education Min-
ister Anthony Garcia, and Health
Minister Terrence Deyalsingh.
Ragoo said these ministers will
be given other portfolios as Prime
Minister Dr Keith Rowley tries to
streamline his Government and
give his ministers the right fit.
Ragoo said Finance Minister Colm
Imbert will also be shifted.
"I am seeing Rowley making a
reshuffle in the ministries of ener-
gy, education, tourism and health
to get everything where he wants
"Once this is done, Rowley
would run a tight ship and get
down to the business at hand. If
the change is not done in 2016,
this could lead to a fallout with
the Prime Minister and his min-
isters because he would not be
happy with their performance in
the coming months.
"Dr Rowley would have to bite
the bullet and take the necessary
steps to ensure that he gives his
ministers the right fit so they could
deliver to the masses," he added.
He said while Olivierre has
worked in the energy sector, she
was still wet behind the ears and
had a lot to learn.
Who is likely to replace
He said Imbert will replace
Olivierre in the Ministry of Energy
as the price of oil continues to
tumble on the international mar-
"I am seeing Colm Imbert taking
charge of energy," Ragoo said.
With school violence growing,
Ragoo predicted that Garcia would
have to step aside and make way
for a new minister who can curb
the brawls among students in and
outside of the classrooms.
In the last three months, Ragoo
said, the PNM Government has
been criticised following the deaths
of several newborn babies at public
While Deyalsingh studied phar-
macy, Ragoo said Rowley will have
to bring in a doctor or someone
who has a background in health
to replace him.
"Making these decisions would
not be easy for the Prime Minister,"
Ragoo also predicted:
• The murder and crime rates
will decrease with a new crime
• A devaluation of the T&T dol-
lar---with the cost of US$1 to the
TT dollar fluctuating.
• Recession to affect upper- and
lower-class citizens by March.
• Unemployment rate to jump
from 3.7 per cent to eight per cent.
• East Port-of-Spain will be
• Wrangling with the United
National Congress (UNC).
• Opposition Leader Kamla Per-
sad-Bissessar to form her own
• Defeated UNC candidate Vas-
ant Bharath to give up politics.

but crime most bothersome
