"I want to congratulate
(Froome). He is a great rival," Quin-

against the greats like Froome and

so much more importance."
Froome clapped as Quintana

"I am grateful to them."
Froome finished 1:23 behind
Quintana, while Esteban Chaves

Froome, a three-time Tour win-

runner-up for a third time. He fin-
