The incumbent should have at least ten (10) years advertising experience including
extra-Caribbean experience in design and must have a track record of brand
development, project management, team leadership and creative ideation.
Relevant education at the diploma level is a requirement. The candidate is also
expected to have won creative awards at major international award show(s).
Extensive knowledge of marketing and advertising principles, graphic fundamentals
and operational knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite are essential. Fluency in
multiple languages inclusive of English (Europe, Americas) would be an asset.
The individual must be able to multitask and possess strong leadership and
management skills together with strong persuasion and presentation skills and the
ability to give creative direction and lead projects from cradle to grave. Candidate
must be able to work on a management team.

Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley was present-
ed with a bottle of homemade pigeon peas wine
by director of education of the Upper Cemetery
Street Residents Association, Florence War-
rick-Joseph, when he visited the Pigeon Peas
Festival at Covigne Road, Diego Martin, over
Recounting the prime minister's visit to the an-
nual event, Warrick-Joseph told the T&T Guardian:
"His wife told him he must sample the pigeon peas
ice cream because it was an innovative idea but he
wanted to sample the pigeon peas wine.I gave him
a sample and he thought that it was ideal and well
done, so I gave him a bottle.
"He made a statement that long time cherry brand
had a certain flavour and my homemade pigeon pea
wine tasted similar and he felt it was very good."
Florence Warrick-Joseph presents Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley with a bottle of her pigeon peas wine.
Warrick-Joseph, a student at the Arthur Lok Jack
Graduate School of Business, said the festival was
the result of a Sustainability Through Agriculture
and Tourism initiative launched by the residents.
They planted pigeon peas in the hilly areas of the
community and when they were looking for ways
to use the crop, the Pigeon Peas Festival was born
At this year's event, the third edition of the festi-
val, attendees sampled food and drinks made with
pigeon peas, including doubles, dumplings and
saltfish, liqueurs, pastelles, ponche de crème, soup,
cupcakes, roti, sweetbread, pastries, bread, muffins,
pizza, pelau, crab and callaloo, punch and wine.
