PROVISIONS OF THE REAL PROPERTY ACT 56:02

TITLE TO LAND BY ADVERSE POSSESSION
NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been
made by SURUJPAUL LUTAI to have the parcel of
land described in the Schedule hereto brought under
the provisions of the Real Property Act Chapter 56:02
and that a judge of the High Court dealing with the said
application has ordered the notice of this application be
advertised in the local daily newspaper once a week for
four (4) consecutive weeks in at least two daily news-
paper circulating generally within Trinidad and Tobago
and that if no caveat be lodged within three months of-
trar General may bring the said parcel of land under
the provisions of the Real Property Act Chapter 56:02.
THE SCHEDULE HEREINABOVE REFERRED TO:
ALL AND SINGULAR that piece or parcel of land situ-
ated No. 18 Thompson Road, Harrichand Drive, Palm-
iste Chaguanas in the Ward of Chaguanas in the Island
of Trinidad comprising ZERO POINT SEVEN THREE
THREE SEVEN (0.7337) HECTARES. According to
the survey plans the land is bounded on the North by
Harrichan Trace and by Lands of Ramkrishna Mangroo
on the South by Lands of Argoon and by Lands of Bas-
deo Maraj on the East by Lands of Basdeo Maraj and
on the West by Lands of Surujpaul Lutai.

Anyone found to be committing such an offense would

January 25 at Fanatic Kitchen

The fundraising event, hosted in
support of the national campaign
against crime was an initiative
between Plott and the Fanatic
Plott's activities against the
spate of crime across the country
include: ongoing crime research
and analysis; monthly publica-
tions; and contributions towards
the recently launched CSAFE app.
A variety of delicious, vegan,
Mediterranean dishes were pre-
pared by Peleg and the Fanatic
Chefs on the evening.
Plott-ers took the opportunity
to hear about some of the Israeli's
humanitarian missions and world
travels as he sat with them at the
