WASA tank vandalised
for scrap metal
Buenos Ayres residents are calling
on the Water and Sewage Authority
(WASA) to remove the remains of
a giant water tank which has been
vandalised for years by unscrupulous
scrap iron dealers.
Lou Sandy Just now they will attack
the oil tanks... these vultures.
David Daniel I'm sure nobody saw
who did it...but it's now an eyesore.
Theresa Lia No end, no
understanding, total destruction for
personal gain. No accountability.
Tisha Khadaroo Well, the tank is no
longer useful so the vultures might just
continue till it just disappears.

Didn't expect you to say differently.

crime going down? Which statistics are
you looking at?
Annette Alcantara They did do a
good job and should be appreciated for
that, let's pray and hope for better law
enforcement instead of criticism. Come
on Trinidadians, we are better than
that. Negativity only breeds negativity.
Harry Ramharack He knows how
to fight crime but right now criminals

was crime-free. Rowley said disregard
that... Now al-Rawi is saying Dillon

Bad news for sector

Nila Mahase Maharaj Mr Ramnarine
is an intelligent man ... please give the
PNM some free advice, they need clues.
Debbie Rajmani Seepersad More
Mark Hosein Let them keep
protesting for more money.
Kirk Starsky Fakira Where is our
current Minister of Energy?
Sham Mahabir The decision to
close down the plants is a commercial
decision by the owners and operators.
Petrotrin has been running at a huge
loss but continues to be run and
the Government has no plans to
shut it down. This decision and any
inability to reach a commercial gas
supply agreement is a private sector
commercial decision. It is not the end
of the world for Trinidad and Tobago.
Whatever happens remember, we
jamming still. Mr Ramnarine is smarter
that that. The implementation of the
Master Plan that he speaks about may
actually be at play.
