Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley on
Sunday reiterated that Government
intends to restructure struggling
state-owned energy company Petro-
trin, especially in the face of tough
Johnny Cage The only change
you will get is short change.
Edward Charles World class golf
course for Tobago... lol. Enjoy, To-
Natty Dread The oil company
(Petroleum) will be sold to the high-
est bidder after being privitised.
That highest bidder will of course
be a government financier. Tobago
people will never get to go into San-
dals resort because of course they
will make it unavailable to Trinidad
and Tobago locals. Finally, reviewing
MPs in Trinidad and Tobago is like
trying to play All Fours when you
only have a deck of cards with only
jokers in the pack.
Renaldo Matadeen A world-
class golf course is just what the
small man in Bago needs. Not like
their businesses are closing down...
Dennis Jugmohan Businesses in
Tobago shutting down and the peo-
ple worrying. Keith, what it is you
really doing boy? It's time we all put
politics aside and think country first
regardless of who's in power; it's the
only way to better ourselves!
Anderson Khan Its been a long
time coming. But I knowoooo,
change gonna come!
Ryan Steinberg Jr Sandals will
do nothing for Tobagagians except
create low paying jobs. The average
T&T citizens working in Sandals will
get about US$2.75 per hour while
Sandals rake in millions of US dollars
putting small businesses out of busi-
ness. The Titanic Petrotrin will never
be cost effective under government
management. So that leaves it up for
sale by some of Rowley friends. The
union will be silent because Ancel
will get his share of the pie and he
may be muzzled. Rowley reshuffling
his Cabinet will be like throwing a
shovel of sand into the ocean---it will
do nothing. So this will only be a
Caca Holio Spoken like a true
UNC stalwart. Bring Sandals and
make it mandatory that dey buy local
lettuce and chicken, fish and lamb
and paw paw, pineapple and fig.
Three women found
guilty of stealing honey
A mother of one, who was among
three women found guilty of stealing
several bottles of honey from a su-
permarket, was on Friday sentenced
to four months in jail.
Violet Stewart But supermarket
honey is not even real. Smh
Reanna Ogir Honey is as expen-
sive as gold now.
Krishna Deosingh What happen,
they not getting any honey at home?
So how they having so many kids?
Where the chile fadder?
Jacqueline Benjamin Why didn't
she ask the same grocery for a job.
Vishnu Ramdass Honey not so
sweet these days!
Harry Ramharack A sign that
survival is getting tougher and
tougher day by day.
Irma Morris This is sad, very sad.
Caca Holio The land of milk and
honey and thievery.
He died like a dog
Residents in the community where
Phillip had lived for ten years are
claiming there was a cover up and
are calling for an independent in-
vestigation. They said Phillip, who
lived along, "died like a dog" last
Carleen Singh Julien Where
were these neighbours to inform
hospital staff that this man was
unable to walk or even stand? Who
accompanied him to the hospital in
the ambulance? Hmmmmmm. Many
unanswered questions here.
Lydia Dyer So who is telling the
truth here? Remember the minister
said he the victim was treated but
Sharon Batson-Guerra Shame
on the horrible healthcare system in
Winston Ankatiah Mr protocols
adjudicated on this; move on.
Jacqueline Benjamin Do not
know what happened with that
gentleman at the hospital but my
mother was a nurse and had two
experiences with dying men---one
hid under a bed and did not come
out regardless of how much he was
requested, the other one suddenly
got strength and stood at attention
in a corner after being bedridden for
a length of time. Is it possible that
gentleman was in that type of eu-
phoria? Just asking.
Rishi Maharaj Christopher didn't
have any worth, but I will bet my last
dollar that if it was during election
time he would of have some worth!
People wake up!
Rishi Maharaj So the neighbour
could not of bathe him and put on a
clean pants for him?
Katharina Du Barry Sad that a
whole country can watch a man die
and no one is held accountable.
Joanne Smith-Mohammed Now
I'm just saying where was his family?
Marcia Pantin Oh yes "neigh-
bours," guess what, you weren't
neighbourly enough that he could
have called on anyone of you. If
you know someone who lives alone
#ADOPTANEIGHBOUR not to take
over their lives but to be there for
