CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The company is seeking a dynamic, business- minded and visionary
leader to drive the strategic direction of the organisation and to create
a vision for success. The Chief Executive Officer will work closely
with the Board of Directors and will lead a Team of similarly minded
individuals, build a high performance team and develop and promote
all aspects of Trinidad’s Tourism product, set and manage strategic
execution, lead transformation change and foster a culture of
customer service and innovation.
The Chief Executive Officer reports to the Board of Directors and
will be responsible for the overall direction and leadership of TTL,
by providing strong and fiscally prudent leadership to ensure that the
company achieves its strategic priorities in keeping with its vision,
mission and values. The incumbent will partner, develop and
implement plans and programmes to unleash the potential of the
tourism sector for tourism investment, business development and
employment creation, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
He/ She will build meaningful relationships with local communities
and other key internal and external stakeholders including ministries,
public and private sector institutions locally, regionally and interna-
tionally to address tourism related issues.

Development is responsible for building tourism capacity by facilitat-

niche areas in Trinidad and ensuring the sustainable development of
