5 Habits you must quit
to be happy
Being happy is one of the
most legitimate and vital
desires that any human
being can have, but
sometimes we create
obstacles for our own happiness.
Let's talk about habits we must
quit in order to be happy.
1) Avoid ignorance (or never
stop learning new things).
Our brain is similar to a muscle,
so it's quite necessary to train it
to maintain it's ef iciency. Not
only learning new things will help
you grow mentally, but also it will
make your life richer and happier.
So, try to learn something new
every day (or, at least, every week)
-- take dancing lessons, learn a
new word in a foreign language,
cook a new dish that you never
tried before or read some new
books. Do anything that is new for
you, like this you will grow.
2) Stop being afraid to say "no".
I, personally, don't like to offend
people, so I often had dif iculties
to say "no". Have you ever had

Sleep is a vital and one of the most
important things for the well-be-
ing and health of your body, but
too much of it can make you feel
tired, have lack of ener y and
even can make you "lazy".
It's recommended to sleep
about 7 or 8 hours a day, some
people sleep only 6 hours and feel
great. Try to listen to the needs of
your body and discipline yourself
to go to sleep and wake up at the
same "regular" time.
Overeating is also something to
avoid by all means. Happy body --

image. (Replace it by great and
positive image of yourself).

don't like yourself, you constantly
criticise and blame yourself...all
