Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (“the Authority”) invites sealed Bids from suitably qualified companies/firms
which are incorporated/registered in Trinidad and Tobago for the:
Tender Documents may be perused at the Information Resource Centre, Airports Administration Centre, South Terminal,
Piarco International Airport, Golden Grove Road, Piarco but can only be taken away upon payment of a non-refundable
Tender Fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Tender documents will be available for purchase from Friday 16th
February 2018. A copy of this receipt must be submitted with the Bid.
Prospective Tenderers are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit to acquaint themselves with
conditions which may influence their Bid. The Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit are scheduled for Wednesday 21st
February 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at the HR Training Room, Airports Administration Centre, Piarco International
Airport, South Terminal Golden Grove Road, Piarco.
Tenderers must submit one (1) original, one (1) hard copy and one (1) PDF copy on a flash drive of the Bid, in a sealed
envelope with label:
“The Upgrade of Airfield Signage, Piarco International Airport”

The envelope must be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Lobby of the Airports Administration Centre no later than
2:00 p.m. on Wednesday 21st March 2018.
Bids will be opened publicly shortly thereafter at 2:30 p.m. Tenderers or their representative may be present at the
Late Bids will not be considered in any circumstances. Bids submitted by means of facsimile or email shall not be
The Authority will not defray any cost incurred by Tenderers during the preparation and/or submission of their Bids.
Failure to attend the mandatory pre bid meeting and site visit will result in disqualification of the submitted Bid.
The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other Bid.
