FirstCaribbean International Bank Ltd (FCI) - 09.03.18
The T&T Stock Exchange Ltd (TTSE) received notice from FCI
advising that they circulated a Withdrawal Circular and Directors
Report (among other documents) to it shareholders indicating that
they, along with their parent company CIBC, are evaluating the
possibility of a public sale of the company's shares on the New York
Stock Exchange (NYSE).
JMMB Group Ltd (JMMBGL) - 07.03.18
The T&T Stock Exchange Ltd (TTSE) received notice from JMMBGL
advising that a shareholder connected to a Director sold 28,548
JMMBGL shares on March 2, 2018 over the Jamaica Stock Exchange
ANSA Merchant Bank Ltd (AMBL) - 07.03.18
The T&T Stock Exchange Ltd (TTSE) received notice from AMBL
advising that Mr Darius Persad was appointed to the position of
corporate manager, retail & commercial banking within the asset
finance department at AMBL effective February 21, 2018.
Clico Investment Fund (CIF) - 07.03.18
The T&T Stock Exchange Ltd (TTSE) received notice from CIF
advising that Mr Ruthven Boyer Jaggassar tendered his resignation
as a member and chairman of the Board of Directors of Clico Trust
Corporation Ltd with effect from February 28, 2018.

The T&T Stock Exchange Ltd (TTSE) received notification from FCI
advising that the publication of their financial statements for the
quarter ending January 31, 2018, will be delayed until March 29,
Guardian Holdings Ltd (GHL) - 05.03.18
The T&T Stock Exchange Ltd (TTSE) received notification from GHL
advising that on February 22nd, 2018 it received a letter from the
Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (TTSEC)
regarding the NCB Global Holdings Ltd's (Offeror) Offer and Take-
Over Bid Circular (the Offer).
The letter advised that the TTSEC will be convening a Hearing
on a date to be announced in accordance with Section 159 of the
Securities Industry Act 2012.

The activity on the First Tier Market increased by 88.22
per cent this week with a total of 2,453,862 shares
crossing the floor compared to 1,303,731 shares traded in
the prior week. The value of shares traded grew by 20.70
per cent to $17,082,523.12 from the previous week's
value of $14,152,612.28.
Grace Kennedy Ltd (GKC) was the volume leader this
week capturing 38.84 per cent of the market or 953,162.
In second place was JMMB Group Ltd (JMMBGL) with
32.37 per cent or 794,311 shares traded, followed by NCB
Financial Group Ltd (NCBFG) with 9.17 per cent of market
activity or 225,120 shares.
The Indices ended the week in a mixed territory. The
Composite Index down by 0.22 per cent or 2.82 points to
close at 1,267.39. The All Trinidad and Tobago Index fell
by 0.33 per cent or 5.61 points to end at 1,694.71 this was
attributed mainly to the fall in prices of Trinidad Cement
Ltd (TCL) and Guardian Holdings Ltd (GHL). The Cross
Listed Index closed at 113.38, up by 0.01 per cent or 0.01
This week there were 11 stocks advancing and 6 stocks
declining, while 2 stocks are at their 52 week high and 5
stocks at their 52 week low.
The major advance was Unilever Caribbean Ltd (UCL)
up 3.41 per cent or $0.99 to close the week at $30.00,
followed by T&T NGL Ltd (NGL) with an increase of 1.43
per cent or $0.39 to end at $27.65, its 52 week high. In
third place was JMMBGL up 0.50 per cent or $0.01 to
close at $2.00.
TCL was the major decline, down 14.00 per cent or
$0.49 to end at $3.01, which is its 52 week low. In second
place was GHL with a 6.06 per cent loss or $1.00 to end at
$15.50. In third place was National Flour Mills Ltd down
by 2.15 per cent or $0.04 to close at $1.82.

On the TTD Mutual Fund Market 188,867 Clico
Investment Fund (CIF) units traded with a value of
$3,775,977.15. CIF's unit price closed at $20.10, an
increase by 1.01 per cent or $0.20. Also, 20 units in
Calypso Macro Index Fund (CALYP) traded with a value of
$409.60. CALYP's unit price closed at $20.48, down 4.30%
The purpose of the Hearing is to consider whether to make an order
pursuant to Section 155 (1) of the Act and By-Law 24 of the Take-Over By-
Laws with respect to the facts and circumstances surrounding the Offeror's
equity interest in GHL and the issuance of the Offer.
The first matter will be for the issuance of procedural directions (the
Procedural Hearing) and will be an expedited hearing in accordance with
Rule 12(3) (a) of the Commission's Hearing Rules.
The Procedural Hearing was held at the TTSEC's office located at 57-
59 Dundonald Street, Port-of-Spain on February 26, 2018 at 1:30p.m. At
the Procedural Hearing parties were notified that the Hearing would be
convened on March 26, 2018.
