The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission is seeking to recruit
a suitably quali ed and experienced person for the position of
Contributes to the orderly conduct of o cial business through the
performance of all the duties of Corporate Secretary to the
Members of the Commission and ensures compliance with all
relevant laws and regulations.
Guides and advises the Members of the Commission, Executive
and other Managerial personnel on the legal rights and obliga-
tions of the Organization under applicable laws of Trinidad and
Tobago, regulations, orders and contracts in order to contribute to
Provides a proper interpretation of the Trinidad and Tobago
Electricity Commission Act, By-laws and applicable government
regulations that govern the Organization's procedures and
preserves a record of the Organization's actions to ensure
compliance with all requirements.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
A Graduate Degree in Law (LLB) issued by a recognized institution
and a Legal Education Certi cate (LEC).
A minimum of ten (10) years experience in a similar function, ve
(5) years of which should have been at a senior management level.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Act and
the Commission's By-Laws and Regulations.
Well-developed knowledge and experience in contract
Sound Interpersonal, Negotiating, Analytical,
Communication and Interpretative Judgement Skills.
Pro ciency in Microsoft O ce computer software.
Salary, terms and conditions of employment shall be in
accordance with those determined by the Members of the
Commission for Executive positions.

Bravo hits unbeaten 79
West Indies batsman Darren Bravo in his irst innings
for Queen's Park I this season, looked very good, as
he scored an unbeaten 79 against Merryboys at St.
Anthony's College in Westmoorings.
Queen's Park I closed the rain affected opening day
on 241/2 with Bravo hitting 79 and Tion Webster an
unbeaten 91. The two has so far added an unbroken
144 for the third wicket. Earlier, skipper Justin Guil-
len scored 50.
Down South, leg-spinner Imran Khan continued
his wonderful season with another big haul as Pow-
erGen was on the ropes at Syne Village. PowerGen
batting irst scored 136 all with Akiel Cooper scor-
ing 31, Aaron Jones 25
and Teshawn Castro 19.
Khan twirled his magic
to claim 6/32, while Jus-
tin Joseph grabbed 2/32.
In reply, Comets re-
sponded with 238/3 as
the Guyanese pair of
81 not out and Shem-
roy Barrington 53 put
the PowerGen boys at
the sword. The consist-
ent Vikash Mohan also
joined in and is 51 not
out at the close.
Central Sports were also in ine form, as they
dominated against Victoria at Felicity. That man
Shazan Babwah was again the star, as he took four
wickets to humble them for 136, despite 46 from
Sherwin Ganga. In reply, Kamil Pooran slammed
81, Keddy Lesporis 47 not out and Adrian Ali 44, as
Central Sports closed the day on 181/4.
Nicholas Alexis who scored a century in the last
round continued to count the runs, as he got to 92
against Clarke Road at Wilson Road for QPCC II.
He led a good batting display that saw the Parkites
tally 284. Spinner Kerwyn Sirju who has been
among the wickets this season grabbed 5/93.
