PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that unless good
cause to the contrary is shown within fourteen days
from the publication of this notice the Registrar
General of Trinidad and Tobago will issue a new
Certificate of Title in respect of that piece of land sit-
uate in the Ward of Toco in the Island of Trinidad
comprising Five Acres be the same more or less
delineated and coloured pink in the plan annexed to
and described in the Crown Grant in Volume 113
Folio 49 and bounded on the North South and East
by a Road reserved fifty links wide and on the West
by lands of Soodeen and now described in
Certificate of Title Volume 2345 Folio 425.

The incumbent is required to perform clerical support to the Criminal Injuries Compensation
REPORTS TO: Accounts Officer
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Registers all incoming and outgoing correspondence
Dispatches correspondence and delivers correspondence to officers
Receives and records office supplies and equipment
Issues office supplies, maintains inventory of furniture, equipment, and stores in keeping with
established procedures and guidelines
Establishes and maintains a filing system
Establishes and maintains a data entry system
Performs Customer Relation activities
Maintains the file registry system
Any other duties related to the job function as they may be required from time to time.
Maintains the Petty Cash Imprest System.
Performs cheque writing duties
Source quotations for the purchasing of goods and supplies
Operates a computer, utilizing word processing and other software as well as other standard
office machines such as scanners, photocopiers and facisimile machines.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Considerable knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
Considerable knowledge of relevant Public Service rules, regulations, instructions and procedures.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be Computer Literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Publisher.
Possesses the ability to utilize the Internet productively.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
Ability to compose and prepare standard documents such as letters, memoranda, minutes reports.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
Five GCE or CXC O'Level passes including Mathematics and English Language.

Teenager Brianna Govia scored in each half to
lead Shandy Carib Magnolias to a 3--0 shut-out of
rival Malvern in the T&T Hockey Board Women s
Championship Division at the National Hockey
Centre, Tacarigua, on Thursday night.
The 15-year-old Govia, a member of the national
senior women s team, opened the scoring in the 11th
minute which her team took into the interval.
National defender Michelle Leotaud extended Mag-
nolias advantage in the 53rd and with a minute left
in the match, Govia got her second and the team s
third to complete a 3--0 triumph.
The win carried Magnolias to 13 points from eight
matches and ahead of Malvern which has played a
match more, via better goal-difference.
Defending champions, Notre Dame lead with 16
points from six matches, one more than recently
crowned "Big-Four" champions Paragon who have
played one match more as well. Today, matches con-
tinue at Tacarigua from 11 am.
