Proposals are invited for Consultancy Services for the Development and Initial Implementation of a Competency Based
Management Framework, Policy and System for the Civil Service of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, Ministry of
Bidding documents may be obtained

A pre-bid meeting will be held for prospective bidders at
Room, Old Fire Station, Corner Hart and Abercromby Street Port of Spain.
Proposals must be accompanied by the following where applicable:-
(i) Valid Income Tax and Value Added Tax Clearance Certificates issued by the Board of Inland Revenue and dated not
more than six (6) months prior to the closing date of the tender.
(ii) Valid Certificate of Compliance issued in accordance with the National Insurance Act.
The original and six (6) copies each of the Technical and Financial Proposals should be submitted in separate sealed
envelopes and clearly marked on the outside:-

Envelopes must be addressed to the Chairman, Central Tenders Board, 116 Frederick Street, Port of Spain, Republic of
Trinidad and Tobago and must be deposited in the
Tenders Box located in the lobby of the Board's Office not

The Central Tenders Board reserves the right to cancel the present notice in its entirety or even partially, without defray-
ing any cost incurred by any firm in submitting their proposal.
The Board does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other proposal.

With two straight wins on the trot, the national
Under-17 Women s team will be looking to capitalise
on its form when the team challenges reigning
champion Real Dimension, in a key Japs-sponsored
Women s League Football (Wolf) at Maracas Recre-
ation Ground, St Joseph, from 4 pm today.
The league, which was on a one-week break, will
see two Premier Division matches, along with three
first division matches, one in Group A and two in
Group B. All matches are set to kick off at 4 pm.
Then, tomorrow, Malick City FC, which slumped
to its first defeat of the season two weeks ago, will
be eager to return to winning ways, when it travels
to Tobago to face the Ministry of Sport Schoolaz.
Only one other match will be played tomorrow, a
clash between Central FC and Malabar FC at Madras
Ground, Cunupia. Despite being a league match, the
winner will receive a trophy. The Central FC, Malabar
All Stars match, will precede the opening of the 2013
Central Football Association s league campaign.

Premier Division will kick off today with four
matches, a day before the reigning champion St
Francois Nationals gets its first taste of action this
season against Petit Valley United at the Queen s
Park Savannah, Port-of-Spain.
Today s four matches and tomorrow s three fixtures
will all kick off at 3.30 pm.
In another enticing fixture on this weekend s agen-
da, last season s debutant and runner-up Football
Factory and this season s debutant Cantaro United
will clash at the Brian Lara Recreation Ground, Santa
This season 15 teams will compete for the title
with the top team earning a place in the Champions
of Champions competition, a qualification event for
the National Super League, the country s second-
tier football league.
