SUPPLY OF ONE (01) FULLY ASSEMBLED 15-SEATER MINI BUS
1. NALIS invites tenders for the supply of a Fully Assembled Mini Bus
2. Tender documents can be collected from the Procurement Manager, Finance Division, 4th Floor, National Library Building between
the hours of 8:30am -- 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Requests for information should be sent to email@example.com. The
deadline for clari cation is Friday August 09, 2013.
3. Suppliers submitting tenders who are registered for the purpose of Value Added Tax must, where applicable:
i. Provide a Value Added Tax clearance certi cate, and
ii. Show the VAT separately adjacent to the tender price
4. Tenders must be submitted with the following :
i. A company pro le
ii. References and contact numbers
iii. Experience record
iv. Financial Record (and contact number)
v. NIS Compliance Certi cate
vi. Literature and speci cations of equipment
vii. Delivery time for item
viii. Warranty on equipment
ix. Availability of critical spares for equipment where applicable
x. Vehicle make and speci cations
5. One (01) original and Five (05) copies of the tender bid are to be submitted, and must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and
deposited in the Tenders Box on the fourth (4th) oor at the National Library Building, Cor. Hart and Abercromby Sts, Port-of-Spain
no later than 1:00pm on 16th, August 2013. The envelopes must be addressed to the Executive Director NALIS and marked;

6. NALIS reserves the right to reject tenders under the following conditions:
i. Tenders received unsigned or without an Income Tax/VAT Certi cate (where applicable).
ii. Tenders received in unsealed envelopes
iii. Tenders found with alterations or erasures of any kind, not initialed by the supplier
7. The Board does not bind itself to accept any tender.
8. Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances.
9. Foreign bidders must enclose a Business Registration Certi cate of the country of registration and operation
10. The public opening of tenders will be conducted at 1:15pm on 16th, August 2013 on the 4th Floor of the National Library Building,
Cor. Hart and Abercromby Sts, Port-of-Spain. Each supplier may, if so desired, have a representative present to view the opening on
the aforementioned date and time.
11. The Authority reserves the right to cancel the present Tender in its entirety or partially, without defraying costs incurred by any rm
in submitting its Tender.

BERLIN---Third-division club Saarbruecken defeat-
ed Werder Bremen 3--1 after extra time yesterday
to send the Bundesliga side out of the German Cup
in the first round for the third year in a row.
Borussia Moenchengladbach also crashed out to
a third-division team, losing 5--4 to Darmstadt on
penalties after Branimir Hrgota missed the decisive
spot kick. The match was scoreless following extra
"Hrgota naturally took a lot of risk with his shot,"
Moenchengladbach coach Lucien Favre said of the
penalty that crashed off the crossbar and landed on

In Saarbruecken, Nils Fischer struck just before

Vedad Ibisevic scored with a header in the first
half and converted a penalty in the second to give
Stuttgart a 2--0 win over Dynamo Berlin.
Hertha Berlin needed Sami Allagui s penalty in
injury time of extra time to salvage a 3--2 win over
fourth-tier side Neumuenster. Optik Rathenow,
another fourth-tier team, took second-division club
FSV Frankfurt to extra time but conceded two goals
to lose 3--1 in its first German Cup game.
Third-division team Arminia Bielefeld provided
the first surprise of the round by defeating promoted
Bundesliga side Eintracht Braunschweig 2--1.
