The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations
management of Integrated Government Performance Management System
and the Information Resolution Communication Portal. He or she will be
strong analytically, a self-motivated - self-paced worker, have high attention to

exceed expectations daily. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
o Develops and implements concepts, policies, and standards for the
operation of various web sites, within overall goals and parameters
established by the Policy, Strategy and Government Performance
o Co-ordinates, integrates, and manages information contributed to the
web sites; establishes template formats and logical structures for web
pages, as appropriate; guides and assists contributors with editorial
and publishing-related issues, as appropriate.
o Performs short and long-term strategic planning of the integrated
internet resources for the organization.
o Evaluates, recommends, and administers internet search systems and
programs as it pertains to specific websites.
o Establishes and maintains web sites directory structures,
configuration files, and content files.
o Oversees the testing and troubleshooting of web sites systems and
applications software and hardware.
o Ensures the efficient functioning of the Office of the Prime Minister
and Head of the Public Service Information Technology Platforms.
o Makes recommendations for web services, features and content.
o Serves as the point of contact for external vendors (domestic and

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
o A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or Computer
Information Systems, or Computer Science, or equivalent qualifications.
o Minimum three (3) years relevant experience.
o MCSE or similar training/certification.
o Knowledge of cloud technologies and techniques
o Any equivalent combination of qualifications, skills and experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work
effectively in a diverse community.
o Working knowledge of Project Management methodology and

applications would be an asset.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION

To provide support to the Senior Freedom of Information Officer (Monitoring and
Evaluation) in functions relating to the monitoring and evaluation of the Freedom
of Information Act and the implementation of the Freedom of Information Act by
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Contributes to the development of appropriate freedom of information,
procedures and practice standards within Public Authorities.
o Responsible for the Administration of the Freedom of Information
Management System and updates the information on the website as
o Monitors and evaluates the policies, procedures and operating systems of the
public sector within minimum guidance from senior officers.
o Monitors the interpretation of policies by Public Authorities and provides
advice as necessary.
o Assesses the effectiveness of policies and systems and makes recommendations.
o Assists in the preparation of Briefs, Reports, Cabinet Notes and other official

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

o At least three years work experience in a public sector organisation.
o Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
o Working knowledge of the principles, techniques and methodologies of
monitoring, evaluation and social science research.
o Working knowledge in the design of monitoring and evaluation methods and
practices in the public sector.
o Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
o Well- developed oral and written communication skills.
o Sound knowledge of the Freedom of Information Act 1999 and other related
legislation including skills in practice, procedure, interpretation and application.
o Working knowledge of Public Service Regulations, Civil Service Regulations
and Financial Regulations.
o Basic knowledge of the organisational structures and systems of the Public

colleagues and clients.

A study of jokes by late-night comics during the
first half of the year found an abrupt change from
2012. Now Obama and Democrats are providing
