Finance Company Limited against Richard Rattan in the High Court of
Justice as Claim No. CV2013-0215 in which the Claimant claims as
against the Above Named Defendant:
1. The sum of $19,014.78 due and owing by the Defendant under
a Hire Purchase Agreement dated the 23rd June, 2010.
2. Interest on the principal sum of $15,537.84 at the rate of 2% per
month or $10.02 per day from the 14th day of May, 2013 until
judgment or sooner payment;
3. Cost to be assessed.
And that service on of the Fixed Claim Form and Affidavit of Sharlene
Headley with exhibits in support issued in this action on the 15th day of
