TO ALL CLICO TRINIDAD LIMITED POLICY HOLDERS:
THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT VERY VALUABLE
PROPERTIES AT FORT LAUDERDALE MIAMI ARE ABOUT TO
BE SOLD AT AN UNDERVALUE TO 'FRIENDS AND
RELATIVES' OF THE TOP EXECUTIVES OF CLICO
TRINIDAD LIMITED SO THAT YOU WOULD NOT RECOVER
ALL YOUR MONIES.
Properties are being sold at an undervalue to 'friends and relatives' by the Executives
of Clico Trinidad Limited and one of the director's son would continue to get a large
commission. Atlantic Plaza Limited, Valpark Limited were sold at an undervalue
when properties have increased in value about 5 times since 2009.
Two Condominiums at Brickell in Miami were sold at an undervalue. Guess
who got the commission? Today the 'W' Hotel at Fort Lauderdale is about to be sold
at an undervalue. Governor Jwalla Rambaran, Minister Larry Howai and Carolyn
John; C.E.O.of Clico Trinidad Limited, the policy holders would like to know if this is
true. Governor do you know that Section 44 was illegally applied to Clico Trinidad
Limited when all other large countries like U.S.A., Canada and England were helping
their failed banks and insurance companies, Clico Trinidad Limited was
illegally seized by enemies of Lawrence Duprey.
As you would know that the sale of First Citizens Bank's shares was illegal.
It is a big scandal and I am wondering Governor what you and the Minister of Finance
know about this transaction. Larry I'm wondering whether your 10 million tax free
dollars was used in this transaction. Governor as you may know you are related to
Winston Dookeran. Whenever he touches anything, it fails. In 1986 -1990 he took away
Public Servant's allowances.
In 1990 he was chosen by Abu Bakr as Prime Minister. He even chose his own 'friend'
Dr. H. Mohammed as commissioner in the attempted Coup Enquiry. He was also
involved in the Hindu Credit Union. His uncle's company Summit Finance crashed and
thousands of persons lost their monies. In 2010, he single handedly crashed the
People's Partnership Government and the C.O.P. party. In 2010, he seized Clico
Trinidad Limited's Policy holder's money; their property which is illegal and he
introduced bonds so that his 'friends' the stockbrokers could get a commission.
He crashed the entire economy including the Credit Union, Unit Trust, Life Insurance
Industry and the banks. Today no one wants to borrow money from the bank because
you are being penalized for making money. There seems to be no justice in the
country. United Policy Holders have won two matters in the High Court and they are
awaiting judgment from the Appeal Court since May 2013.
Policy holders were promised an early decision but today it has been over ten months
while many policy holders who are depending on their monies for medical treatment
are dying. Judges should deliver outstanding judgments before handling anymore new
cases. Judges should be held accountable. Someone has to pay for Genocide.

The public needs to be protected from these rogue
