Yara Trinidad Ltd. is seeking to recruit individuals to play an integral
role in our dynamic process plant environment

operates a 3-Plant ammonia complex at Savonetta.
Individuals with the appropriate blend of skills, qualifications and personal characteristics are invited to apply for the following positions:
Reporting to the Mechanical Foreman, the successful candidates will
be responsible for the installation, routine monitoring, preventative
maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and modification of mechanical
rotating and stationary equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations.
Summary of key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
maintenance activities on all plants.
servicing, modifying and replacing mechanical equipment when
mechanical systems and equipment.

The successful candidates will have five (5) O' Level subjects, inclusive
of Mathematics and English, as well as a Mechanical Engineering
Technician Diploma from an accredited Institution, with at least five
(5) years' experience in the petrochemical industry. They will have
an understanding of mechanical repairs to rotating and stationary
equipment, balancing and alignment and machine data collection and its
basic analysis. In addition, the successful candidates must demonstrate
working knowledge of reliability, preventative and predictive maintenance
programs and their application to the process industry.
Tool Stores Clerk:
Reporting to the E&I Manager, the successful candidate will assist with
the administration of the Tool Stores which includes the maintenance,
receipt, storage and issue of equipment, tools, consumables and parts.
Summary of key duties and responsibilities will include but are not

The successful candidate will have five (5) O' Level subjects, inclusive of
Mathematics and English, as well as a Technician Diploma (in the field
of Mechanical or E&I) from an accredited Institution, with at least two (2)
years' work experience in the petrochemical industry. The candidate will
be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating
required to lift heavy items.
Previous tool stores experience and forklift operation will be considered
The successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic as well as knowledge and understanding of the OSH Act and other statutory requirements,
policies and procedures. They will have working knowledge of the ammonia manufacturing process and be functionally competent with Enterprise Resource
Planning System (SAP preferred) as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project. The selected candidates will be organized individuals who
can work a flexible schedule as well as work as part of a core team for planning, executing, controlling and close out of turnarounds and outages as well
