NOTICE OF APPLICATION
TAKE NOTICE that an Application has been made in the High Court of Justice
in the matter of the Companies Act Chap. 81:01 and in the matter of Clico
Investment Bank Limited - In Compulsory Liquidation CV-2010-01442 for the
1. Pursuant to the powers of the Court provided for at Section 42 of the
Trust Ordinance, Chapter 8 No. 3, the Court hereby removes Clico
Investment Bank Limited - In Compulsory Liquidation as Trustee of the
BWIA General Staff Pension Plan, and appoints First Citizens Trustee
Services Limited as Trustee of the Plan, for the purpose of managing and
administering the winding up of the BWIA General Staff Pension Plan.
2. Alternatively, pursuant to the power of the Court provided for at Section
43 of the Trust Ordinance, Chapter 8 No. 3, the Court hereby appoints
a Public Trustee in place of Clico Investment Bank Limited - In
Compulsory Liquidation, for the purpose of managing and administering
the winding up of the BWIA General Staff Pension Plan.
This Application will be heard before the Honourable Justice Ronnie
Boodoosingh on the 27th day of May 2014 in POS 7 at 10:00 am at the Hall of
Justice, Knox Street, Port of Spain.
Anyone interested in this Application may attend the hearing of the said
Application on the 27th May, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.

Cuba defeated T&T in the final 25-18, 25-20, 25-13 to qualify to the World Championship scheduled for Italy in
September, while T&T will now host the fourth and final Round of qualifiers from June 2 to 9 involving
Nicaragua, Panama and the runner-up of Group R (Puerto Rico, St Lucia, Costa Rica, Barbados) and the loser
of last night’s Group S final between host Canada and Mexico.
