Melvin Hernandez has resigned from the Board of Directors with effect
from May 31, 2014.

Trinidad Cement Ltd has informed the Stock Exchange that the
directors of the company have fixed Monday, June 9, 2014 as the record
date for shareholders entitled to receive the Annual Report of Trinidad
Cement Ltd for the year ended December 31, 2013.
This record date supersedes the previously published initial record
date of Wednesday, April 23, 2014, as publication of the annual report
was deferred to facilitate completion of the restatement of prior
audited financial statements.
A copy of the report will be mailed to shareholders on the Register of
Members as at the close of business on that date. A list of such
shareholders will be available for examination by shareholders at the

Despite the shortened trading week due to the
Indian Arrival Day holiday, a total of 1,210,693 shares
changed hands on the First Tier Market. This rep-
resented an increase of 56.09 per cent on last week s
volume of 775,646 shares. The value of shares traded
amounted to $29,205,229.98, up 19.08 per cent when
compared to the prior week s value of $24,526,208.43.
The volume leader this week was Guardian Holdings
Ltd (GHL) with 38.94 per cent of the market or
471,423 shares traded.
The indices closed the week in mixed territory.
The Composite Index declined 0.02 per cent or 0.23
points to 1,181.94, the All T&T Index increased 0.14
per cent or 2.89 points to 2,029.93 and the Cross
Listed Index closed down 1.00 per cent or 0.44 points
The major advance was GHL, up 2.48 per cent or
$0.36 to $14.85 and the major decline was National
Commercial Bank Jamaica Ltd (NCBJ), down 4.76
per cent or $0.05 to $1.00. The advance to decline
ratio ended the week 6 to 5.
There was no activity on the Second Tier Market
this week. On the TTD Mutual Fund Market, 49,970
Clico Investment Fund (CIF) units traded with a value
of $1,082,608.45. CIF s price advanced 0.05 per cent
or $0.01 to close at $21.65.
Fixed Income Summary: T&T
• OMO maturities totaled $105MM this week com-
pared to $200MM last week.
• Treasury Bill Issue Number 1424, with a tenor
of 91 days, was issued on May 28, 2014 and will
mature on August 27, 2014.
