Citi's Corporate & Investment Banking provides the relationship coverage service that ensures that Citi Institutional Clients
Group (ICG) is client driven. Our bankers are accountable for delivering Citi's global capabilities in a holistic manner and
are able to originate and orchestrate the execution of comprehensive financial advisory, capital raising, treasury/trade man-
agement solutions, and provide securities and fund services to our clients wherever they choose to compete around the world.
Citi Corporate and Investment Banking's client teams are organized by industry and by country and each team is made up
of Strategic Coverage officers who focus on M&A, Equity and related financing solutions, and Corporate Bankers who are
supported by our Global Subsidiaries Group (GSG) in delivering Corporate Banking/Finance services to global, regional
and local clients operating in multiple locations around the world.
To proactively deliver the Bank's products and services to our top tier clients by building sustainable customer relationships.
The objective of the Corporate Banker is to become a trusted financial advisor to our clients by providing valuable service,
content and insight and becoming the client's first call at all times related to financial matters.
Goals include in broad terms:
o Financial and Client Performance
o Manage Risk and Compliance
o Leadership and Innovation
o Keeps abreast of market trends and continually updates knowledge of latest industry, financial and economic developments
o Maintains an intensive marketing and sales program to ensure that all opportunities are explored and capitalized on with
assigned portfolio of clients
o Interfaces with clients to maintain the highest level of international banking services to build revenue flows from existing
and potential clients
o Manages deal execution process end-to-end
o Effectively analyses and manages risk related to assigned portfolio with a view to improving the Bank's risk/reward exposure
o Liaises with product specialists to ensure seamless delivery of product offerings to clients and effective problem resolution
o Works with product specialists to develop/create/customize client specific solutions
o Liaises with Risk Management for effective processing of Credit Reviews and Approvals
o Involvement in budgeting process and continuous monitoring of client revenue
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Applicant must have a minimum of:
o Masters from a recognized University in Business or a related discipline.
o A minimum of five (5) years-experience and skill set developed through an understanding of all aspects of the business.
o Strive for Excellence.
o Good interpersonal skills to work as part of a team.
o Self-motivated and driven.
o Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
o Experience in marketing of products including cash management services, loans, capital markets, derivatives, project
finance, syndicated loans and advisory.
o Strong background in credit risk, compliance and operational risks.
o Full knowledge of Microsoft products
o Any other equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.

Rehabilitation roadworks on
the Beetham Highway are on
target to finish by the end of this
week, once the weather permits,
says Charline Bastaldo, project
engineer at the Ministry of
